Hello everyone, you are on the 5 Ugol channel, thoughts out loud, and today's video is probably long-awaited for many because there were many requests to make it. This is the second part about the visualization techniques I used, as far as I can remember, since it was several years ago. For those who are new to the channel and seeing this video for the first time without context, I can say that I will leave links below to videos where I talk about how I managed to change reality with the power of thought. At least, I believe it because there is enough basis for it. Of course, you can always say that it was all coincidence, strange, and incredible, as I mentioned in that video. I did it many years ago, in 2012, if I remember correctly. That was the last time, and now we are already in 2020. So, I probably won't remember all the details, but people are asking, so I'll share what I can recall.
I recently made a video about a type of visualization or action related to visualization, and the link to it will be below or in the recommendations at the top. In that video, I talked about a quick type of visualization to achieve results fast. I practiced it once and got remarkable results, but it was just one time. In the cases I remember, there were three instances, and the second type took longer but yielded more stable results. I think many will find this more interesting.
In my previous video, I mentioned three goals: reconciling with an ex-girlfriend, getting a job, and acquiring real estate. Now, I will describe the type of visualization I used for these goals, focusing on the job example because the result was the most vivid.
I visualized a massage table and a client, specifically a woman's back, to avoid unnecessary details like her face or clothes. I imagined a corner with simple blue and white tiles, which was a mistake because elite salons wouldn't have such decor. However, it was easy to visualize. I didn't include any details about the salon itself because I had never been there. I only focused on the scene of me giving a massage.
I didn't use any verbal affirmations in this long-term visualization, unlike the quick method where I repeated phrases. I simply imagined the scene and my actions, feeling the emotions of success and happiness.
When I finally called the salon after being rejected elsewhere, they immediately invited me for an interview. I went in a formal suit, and although others were dressed casually, I was hired on the spot. The next day, I started working and saw the exact scene I had visualized: the massage table, the tiles, and the woman's back.
I visualized this scene whenever I had a free moment, constantly reinforcing the image in my mind. I didn't count the exact number of times I visualized it, but I did it as often as possible until I got the job.
In conclusion, the key to successful visualization is to create a clear, dynamic image, focus on the emotions, and reinforce the vision consistently until it manifests.
